Corrections
When we get something materially wrong, we fix it on the article, add a dated note saying what changed, and list it here.
Policy
A material error is a wrong fact, a misattributed quote, a misleading headline or photo, or a missing source. We correct it on the article with a dated correction note and update its modification date. Minor fixes such as typos are made without a note. If an article cannot be supported by its sources, we remove it and record the removal here.
